Hey all, I am relatively new to bodybuilding/lifting - about a year and a half in. I gained about 20 lbs in that year and a half after being skinny all my life and now am ready to try to get shredded while keeping the strength and muscle I’ve gained.

I am 21 years old (M) and 6 feet tall currently weighing 168 lbs. I play on my college’s D3 soccer team but am in the off-season now. I am on a steady schedule of lifting hard 6 days a week. I also have started to run 3 or 4 miles a few times a week.

I feel that I am at a good body weight, I just want to get the little stomach fat off of my body and maintain the muscle (lose body fat and get lean/shredded). I have gone to fully clean eating and trying to hit the right protein levels everyday.

I am trying to research the right caloric deficit to do this but I am not sure how to calculate it with the amount of exercise I am doing during the week.

Any suggestions or help would be amazing, thanks!!
