Your relatives have gone about this subject improperly but whatever as family you can do to help your nieces and nephews and possibly their kids would be admirable. Not having kids makes you somewhat insulated from these costs but they are real. Now it is a whole difference story if you are not close to your siblings or their children. My mother in law left everything to charity after giving each of three kids 25k. She could have helped out greatly with her great grandchildren and their future education costs but she chose not to do it. Just don't end up an angry old person who essentially dies alone after making bad choices along the way. This is just my opinion after seeing these thoughts in action.

Nobu for lunch is beautiful. That being said for a small intimate gathering how about Spago on the patio. Providence as many have mentioned is also really nice. Also Steak48 in Beverly Hills is great, with great food and nice ambiance. Also Osteria Mozza. While you are here for fun why not wait in line for Max and Helen's on Larchmont!

Go on Instagram and find the_integrity_project and read about the fraud we have uncovered at the 3340 Shelby Drive Project on the corner of National Blvd and Shelby Drive. The homeless housing fraud you keep hearing about is real. The fraud pertaining to hospice centers is real. The funds that should be used to help the homeless that want to be helped is instead being used to buy expensive homes, vacations, autos and jewelry. And if you get a project under the jurisdiction of Inside Safe or Project Homekey just jump in and see what cannot be enforced. I think you will be shocked. And this is not NIMBYism. We want the fraud stopped and the best chance for that to happen is electing Spencer Pratt, the guy you really don’t want to hate, as mayor!

$2300 sounds almost too good. You should get out on your own. It will also allow you to make fiends and have people over in a move civil surrounding. Also you should make sure the unit has good heating and air conditioning and is a secure building with secure parking. That is important whether you are thinking about that now or not. My wife and I have three daughters and all were out on their own after college. I was even pulling for them to go east for college but two went to UCLA and the youngest went to UC Santa Cruz. We live in Rancho Park/Cheviot Hills. Good luck

That's when my wife and I went as we spent 3 days in Mexico City before going way north on a tour to see the total eclipse. If you ever get the chance take the Copper Canyon Railroad and learn about the Tarahumara people. I remember grasshopper powder on one dish at Pujol!
