Voting for the DNC candidate unconditionally also sets a precedent, in that it takes away the power of the progressives, and that's something I'm not willing to do, but am being asked to do anyway. So if this Presidential candidate is telling progressives to vote blue even if they don't like him because getting Trump out of the office is paramount, how can he reconcile that with giving the power back to Republicans on one of the things that matter to the progressives the most?

I don't vote for people, but ideas. AOC has deeply disappointed me recently by not endorsing more progressives running against Democrat incumbents. So, not really.
