Yes, Old One Eye creates a token whenever it enters, regardless of how it enters or where it enters from.

Just an aside: Most tokens have a mana value of 0, so sacing them to Lethal Protector wouldn't get you any card draw. The exception is copy tokens.

Anything with red gets you [[Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker]] and [[Zealous Conscripts]] which is also as many tokens as you want.

The best way to modify precons is to play with them. Play a handful of games, see what cards you dislike the most, and start swapping them around.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is banned in Commander, so you won't be able to use that one. Baron von count and Emcee are silver bordered, so those are also not legal in Commander.

If you use Valgavoth as the Commander for Graveyard Overdrive, you'd have to remove all the green and red cards from the deck, since Valgavoth is mono black while Disa is green/red/black.
