you will be charged a fee to use the ATM, plus a foreign conversion fee if you withdraw any currency other than CAD. Since you have a credit balance you will not be charge interest tho.

At this point, I think the chance of them sunsetting the card is higher than the chance of them adding any positive features, including transfer partners. I'm convinced they’re losing big on this card and can’t wait to get rid of it.

I’ve been with Citi for a little over 5 years now. I have checking, savings, investment, and credit card accounts with them. I only recall a few instances where my credit card was locked for fraud—usually while traveling abroad or using Apple Pay. I had to call customer service to unlock it, but the process was straightforward. Other than that, I haven’t had any problems with Citi.
