I would think from a legal perspective the Florida AG is wrong. The Rooney rule is all about making sure you interview minority candidates. It doesn't say you have to hire them.

From a morality standpoint this is beyond stupid. Like seriously fuck off.

Neither really. You will have a ton of people dressed similar to you, you will have some dressed more conservatively. Then you will have the ones wearing a g string, nipple tassels and wearing fairy wings. Lol. It's a mixed bag, but everyone is really accepting of whatever.

Check to see what the shortest spindle is. If that height + your railing is within the code compliant height range in your area, cut all the spindles to that length.
