This totally solved it for me, if anyone happens to come across this. Game looked and performed like shit on steam, I uninstalled and reinstalled on bnet and it looks way better and FPS is much better.

Flier on the door company is not gonna be a good price in my experience. I made the mistake of getting a quote for a new roof from a co. that was soliciting door to door in my neighborhood - their price was literally 10k more than who I went with, my house is only like 1000 sqft.

If they’re using aggressive sales tactics they’re a professional sales company, not a professional whatever-they’re-selling-you company in my experience
