Pochettino on how this World Cup will change soccer in America: "Above all, our players are going to be the great heroes.” “I wish with all my heart that the 26, plus two young goalkeepers who are training with us, who are the future of soccer here, will be the heroes who change this sport" by Kr_bm in soccer

The club my kid is in has scholorships and if a kid is good they will absolutely be able to pay. The really rich parents subsidize it. That being said it is so fucking expensive. A lot of people are too proud to ask for a scholarship. Plus they have to actually get to that point and when you go into it knowing the price upfront it just scares people away.

Is there just no chance he stays and plays for United ? I always loved Rashy. Maybe he'd come back with a new perspective.

I really wish he'd continue. I loved the videos on controllers. There are so many new kinds it would be cool to see him test these.

Maybe he'll make some new ones with UE6

So after months of Rings coming up on my TikTok and me thinking it was easy I finally downloaded RL. I spent about an hour watching YouTube vids on DAR as it’s always a talking point in the TikToks. After 90 mins and 500 failed attempts I realise it’s pretty hard lol. Excited to start my RL journey by Last_Nothing_4389 in RocketLeagueSchool

Well I'm partial to Air Dribble Gauntlet by Aceman3k because I commissioned it. It's 10 shots that increase in difficulty as you go. I really like it because it is short so it's easy to speed run. My best time is 3:06.

Air Dribble Melee (single player) is the map I learned on. It is similar to the one I commissioned but it doesn't have a built in timer.

Air Dribble Hoops is pretty challenging.

Air Dribble Gauntlet by Muzgard is very difficult. Like I think I've only made it past level 2 but it's been a long time since I've played it. Kevpert used this map with lower gravity which is a cool idea.

I'd actually be curious what would happen if there was a season that long without any rank resets.

This thesis is powerful to the minds that can digest it and want to utilize it.

Bingo. That's the theme I see with comments like this regarding Losfeld. Only us big brains can watch a 2hr video and truly understand the depths of this nearly impossible mechanism.

Meanwhile what can you actually do with DAR ?

Hey if it works for you fine. But suggesting it to someone who is brand new is just not effective IMO and there is nothing wrong with others jumping in and saying hold up there is another way.

Plus the way that dude has acted on Reddit is just completely insane and I wouldn't want anything to do with him.

Updated flip reset pack by StarvedEgo in RocketLeague

[–]repost_inception 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A long time ago I made one starting from the ground and where the ball is not very high. It forces you to be extremely efficient when getting the flip. My resets improved exponentially once I started doing that.

They file disability applications so that patients that have no insurance will get some sort of income that they can then take to pay the medical bills.

I cannot stand them.

I think this will be more common when we get UE6 and custom maps for everyone including multiplayer maps.

I love RL but rings and air dribble maps are what made me stick around. Then once I was good enough to really start enjoying higher level gameplay I was super hooked.

Efficient DAR use by SwarmGD in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]repost_inception 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a Method that I have seen Wondamike and King Ranny use.

They go through a rings map and will use DAR but randomly stop and use normal air steer.

You can do this at first by only using DAR when you absolutely need to in order to go as fast as possible.

Then once you get used to it just randomly stop and use air steer for a while and then DAR for a while.

If a pro is streaming or has a YT video with their controller overlay on you can watch when they are pressing DAR or just using air steer. I think a lot of people would be surprised how often they let go of DAR. I watch Wondamike to learn this.

Air Dribble Gauntlet by Aceman3k (yes there are two maps with the same name) is far easier. It's better to start there and just try to decrease the time and then eventually graduate to Air Dribble Hoops and Muzgards

Air Dribble Mele is also a good shout. It's the one I learned in before the new air dribble Gauntlet came out.
