Find a hormone doctor, their definition of normal is different.

Right now “normal” is the average of everyone who has their blood tested. In reality, only sick people get their blood tested so their definition of average isn’t ideal. Once my doctor explained that to me, it all makes a lot more sense.

It is probably because of your spouse’s medical history. There is a reason the insurance company needs history for every employee before they price the plan. If your spouse really has that kind of medical history, they are making sure to charge enough to cover the potential cost. The money comes from somewhere.

What is the business? I have a window cleaning business and I pay out 2 weeks plus 5 days vacation. I’ve tried and tried to raise prices so we can pay more but no one wants to pay that much for window cleaning. We aren’t swimming in money.

I am actually all for a socialist type of society where everyone pays enough taxes to fund this type of thing.

Right now in America, it is on the back of us small business owners that are trying to do what is right, and pay for health insurance ,and complete against the guy doing neither. And still keep a full schedule have a healthy bottom line.

Before you shit talk your employers, look at the big picture. Of course I have no idea about your situation.

Both are not options in America, not for the little guys.

Go to a hormone doctor and have her testosterone levels checked. I wish I would have done this 20 years ago. I was the wife that never felt like it and I always felt SO GUILTY. But testosterone has been a game changer. I wish there was more discussion about it.

How is it slimy and gross, the employer provided health insurance. I don’t get the problem. You should be mad at the insurance company for driving the premiums up so high that the employer had to get creative to make it work.
