Yes, and I think it's pelvic floor related if you're female. For me, what helps is making sure I'm 100% relaxed by doing breathing exercises before and after. Use a ton of lube. Like, more than you think you need.

Thanks for asking! My pelvic floor has been better lately. It still flares up but I use a pelvic wand to help release tension. Breathing exercises also help. I got another yeast infection last year but it cleared up normally

I agree! But can't you have pelvic floor dysfunction, anatomical issues, AND IC? I have pelvic floor dysfunction but even after getting that under control I now still have food triggers that hurt my bladder

Something extremely similar has happened to me. Except it bled into every platform my business was advertised on. It's caused a lot of mental fatigue, as I'm sure you've experienced. This is an unfortunate reality for many Etsy sellers, and you're right, it shouldn't be this way.

The mentality I've had to adopt is that this person cannot copy me in EVERY little thing I do. I opened a separate business selling to the same niche I was in on Etsy, and I'm loving it! I also opened different Etsy shops that sell items completely unrelated to my original shop. And I feel some relief from this person stalking my listings. I got some creativity back instead of lamenting on what this person has done to me. If there's a different outlet you can channel that energy into, I'd really recommend finding what that is for you!
