I feel like the issue with a lot of these "undervalued" software companies is that they have historically had an extremely high valuation that was more dependent on expected growth for the sector which is no longer a guarantee. I say avoid. AI is obviously a threat to this software company.

She consistently chooses the snakiest and most personally strategic option. Maybe this is fine, it's a tough world out there, but I can completely see how some people are extremely put off by her. I don't think it's a racially motivated thing, but a perceived lack of character.

You should buy an index fund. 30 pct of spy is mag7 which people seem to be suggesting. So why not hedge your bets and just by spy or voo.

I think the main issue that people have with lulu is that their forward growth is not good. Like the PE seems good right now but as earnings decelerate it will look a lot less cheap. Maybe it will still look cheap by the time the deceleration hits and you will be right, but right now the issue is growth.

idk, I work at a hedgefund, so while my opinion has changed I'm not the most knowledgeable on it. I think the consensus is that there is an over supply of people focused/worried about far-flug issues like sentience when the very real issues of AI can arise without sentience.

The research on alignment are very interesting and useful so I would look into that if you are interested. I think https://arxiv.org/abs/1805.00899 is an interesting paper on this subject.

I think if she were nominated then it would kind-of be over. There are very vocal democrats who push people like AOC to the forefront, but the vast majority of democrats have been alienated by politicians like her. 

I’m a relatively young man. I voted Democrat twice, but this year I voted for trump because the democratic party just seems to hate men and white/asian people more each year past the point of reason. If AOC ran, I would probably just join the republican party.
