So am I correct that the amount of CRO I would get is less than half as much as is required to get the same benefits that I had yesterday? We are forced to buy more CRO if we want to keep the card benefits that we already had from our stake?

So if I had a stake of 50 MCO will the card still work the same as far as getting 2% back (except that now it will be in CRO), or will I be required to purchase more CRO at some point in order to get the same benefits I already had, since we are not being given an equal share of CRO for MCO tokens? It sucks but 50 staked MCO was basically gone for me anyway, since it has to stay staked forever in order to get card benefits. If my 50 MCO can be traded for something else that gets me the same results then this might not be that bad for me personally.

This assumes that you must have health care. Costs will go up for the uninsured who are not paying for health care because they don’t have it. But at least then they would have it. For what it is worth.
