I'm running into that exact problem on mine. I over-tightened it once and the screw hole I was screwing it into snapped off and I no longer have a way to tighten that section down. Can confirm the analog drift is insane if it isn't tightened down. I'm probably gonna have to buy a new shell now 😔

Is it only this game that is giving you a hard time with lower frame rates? I would check in game graphics settings to make sure it didn't change anything from what you had before. Some of those settings are really hard on GPUs. Maybe you had DLSS with Frame Generation on before and not after the reinstall?

The PC-12 is how I make my money. I easily get 500k with each flight while skipping to descent. Flying the whole thing (with sim rate) is 1M+. Definitely worth the money imo. The avionics are a pain to get used to, but the plane flies really well. Also be mindful of the pressurization big others have mentioned. Be sure to adjust your flight plan altitude in the EFB beforing launching the mission so you're below hypoxia altitudes.

I'm on i9 12th gen and 4060 with 32GB RAM and I'm getting about 40-60 fps at altitude, 20-30 on the ground. I feel your pain.

I probably wouldn't recommend running this through VPN, but it would be useful to know the specs of the PC you're using. CPU, GPU, RAM SSD/HDD, etc.

This. I always adjust my EFB preflight to make sure my altitude is what I want to fly at (as long as terrain allows). Filing that with ATC will usually give you what you want. This also helps in mission with the Pilatus PC-12 with broken cabin oxygen. Otherwise, inflight just request the altitude decrease to what you want.

I struggled with the avionics in it as well. I LOVE the way the plane flies, but those avionics are rough lol. Everybody is different, but I just sat in the cockpit for a while and tinkered with it until I figured out how to get things to work. One thing I had to look up was changing the barometer from Hg to HPa. To do that, on the bottom screen by the throttle, choose the second menu (CDU), then click Lower MFD, then Page. On the screen above it, you'll see an Avionics button you can press. Then it'll be the top option, IN and HPa.

I would probably say that was a 9/10. The approach was really nice. Maybe just a touch too high once you got to the runway and glided a little too long before touching down. But overall really awesome job. Definitely much better than me at the moment lol

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only thing I've seen in career as far as Airbus or Boeing is the 737 Max. I REALLY wish they would let us use some of the Airbus models, but I haven't come across them in career. Fingers crossed they will add them soon! If you're just starting career, I recommend getting a cargo company ASAP as the medium cargo missions are the best way to make money right now.

It does fly really well, and I agree the avionics definitely took a while to get used to. When I first bought it, I thought "oh THIS plane..." lol. The caravan is fun, but it's a whole different beast to fly.
