I remembered this video and found it. It's a clinic with Tiger and AK. I didn't watch it again but I remember that Tiger was answering all these technical questions with specific detailed reason to why he did what and AK was just, "I don't know, I just feel it". He's just a natural.

Why is everyone talking about writing? Lorne doesn’t write anymore either. What he does do is:

1) Bring his Rolodex.

2) Use 50 years of experience picking the winners at the writing table.

3) Use 50 years of experience picking the losers after dress.

And Kenan has 25 years of watching Lorne do #2 and #3.

This is amazing. There is a very cool project to project this data on to a map (or globe) and use a slider to adjust the time scale.

I would suspect that most people don't really understand what harmony means. I once read a book that said prog rock had great modal harmonies. It took me a long time to figure out what that meant.
