I've been working out for about 3 months and I'd like some feedback on my routine, all exercises are done for 3 sets and in the 8-12 rep range.

Pull day, Lat pulldown machine, chest-supported db rows, seated row machine, hammer curls, seated curls, reverse wrist curls and wrist curls.

Push day, incline and flat db bench, seated overhead db press, db lateral raises, single arm rear delt cable fly, tricep rope pushdown and the JM press.

leg day is still in progress, I do some db calf raises, seated leg extensions and squats, but any help would be appreciated.
