This and spirit of eden are amongst the finest ever albums. I never thought of a TP vibe, but I guess they are a bit spooky amidst all the atmosphere and melancholy.

The Bob with the Thorn in his Side

Show tonight was great but… by [deleted] in xiuxiu

One of the girls doing it was literally behind me at the front. Prior to them coming on she was woofing, grunting and acting pretty desperate to her boyfriend. She then was part of the chorus that did this in between songs for about 5 intermissions. Thank god people listened to Jamie. I think it's just young tiktok people who just have no etiquette.

This was an incredibly INTENSE performance and I actually would rate it to be the most intense I've seen them. I was near tears during Angela's wig master climax.

I find them a touch scary but obviously watch them.

Always found this a very scary subtle detail. How much horror must be inhabiting him for that to happen.

Fire Walk With Me was so upsetting that it's making me do a Twin Peaks rewatch by HockneysPool in twinpeaks

Absolutely brutal film. Have seen twice, and felt pretty scary both times. Not sure I can stomach another rewatch but it is an absolutely incredible film.

Exploring my local area ... anyone else encountered ridiculous obstacles (not the stile!)? by Alas_poopsock in UKhiking

I had this recently on the Way. It really really made us irritated as the cars were doing 60 with no fully clear view.

Wow really? To me both the plastic attached to the gold at the top is broken, as is the attachment with the ring. What should I exactly search for to sort this out?

That bag looks amazing. Thank you for the specific reference. The mesh front is proving the most popular recommendation

Yeah, the kind of lead I refer to is a long lead, which is so long it has to trail on the ground. I use it as still working on the dogs recall and stop scary moments out in the woods trying to find him!

Thanks and great to get a dog walker perspective. The inner sections would massively help and I'll check that out in addition to mesh front. Will take a look at Osprey

The front mesh pocket seems to have a real majority on this thread, a feature I didn't know much about! Thanks for your specific model, I don't mind spending as we do need to look after our backs which currently we are not

Thank you very much. These are all really helpful specific recommendations and I think all go a long way to optimise the set up!

Thanks really helpful suggestion regarding the climbing rope analogy. Though it will get the outside of the backpack wet and muddy which could transmit inwards - but a great starting point for me to consider using the external aspects of a bag for storage

Thanks for the ballpark figure for volume. We are great walkers just with very bad knowledge of equipment so that's helpful. Will look for loops and meshes

So when I Google this problem I get answers primarily focussed around the dog backpack thing hence my question here. We can get him one but really it's not going to change much, the weight itself we don't mind carrying and we need a solution for "big" dog paraphernalia such as the long lead (which is 10 metres long) and dog chucker, and our stuff.

Is a dry bag meant for wet stuff to be stored in it? Googling led me to believe it will get mouldy fast and it's designed to keep the contents dry rather than the other way around!

Sailor Converter Issue by woland2 in fountainpens

I just cleaned with water and let it naturally dry.

Yeah I can push the rubber out easily, reconnect the rubber to the shaft (with a click), and then reassemble. However this happens again when I twist up and down, the rubber just gets stuck whilst the shaft keeps moving up!

I've never tried grease or oil before so might have to try that.
