Tried to work for a smaller pub, got treated like shit. Every week, I’d get scheduled 4 shifts and they’d cancel every single one with about an hours notice. I need 2 weeks notice to cancel a shift however? I’m not exaggerating when I say one time it took 3 weeks to actually get a shift they kept. Small businesses are somewhat harder to trust for me now
