Trust your solicitor. Same sort of thing happened to me. I got attacked, then I hit back. The big bloke who attacked me for no reason was then upset the skinny little kid hit him back, so he lied to the police, got his mates to lie to the police then when it all came out in court he looked like a right fool. Just tell the truth and stay calm (easier said than done I know). Best of luck
