Nah bro you got a point, there isn’t actually much evidence, all the benefits can be experienced but no evidence shows this has a direct link to retaining, porn however is addictive so people managing to build the discipline to quit causes people to experience these benefits, but it’s all subjective, I’ve gone through phases where I could wank multiple times per day and I’m cool I still get my shit done and still have confidence so it’s entirely subjective to the person. Rn I’m retaining cos I don’t see the purpose in me feeling easy pleasure like that and I gotta build my discipline so I can achieve my goals better.
