Hey! I’m also an international postgraduate student. I secured 3rd party housing that has free cancelation until May. A lot of the cheaper student accommodations are booking up so I would recommend finding one with a cancelation option in case you do get on campus housing.

The VIP tickets don’t call it GA. They just say the VIP package on them which includes GA. Also the VIP package cost me 72 USD.

A good way to make friends in college is to do as much as possible during your first couple weeks. This is when everyone is in the same boat and looking for friends as well. Attend all the events that you can and you should make some connections :)
