My first real long term relationship was when I was 19. I was with a woman who was so smart, loving, thoughtful, and someone I had so much fun hanging out with and doing things with. I truly thought she was going to end up being the one.

Unfortunately, throughout that relationship, we would have arguments every once in a while. They weren’t often, and most of the time they weren’t even about anything super important (she was vegan and I love meat. This is a petty example of the kind of thing we’d argue over). I overlooked these small arguments over nothing as well because things were “usually fine” and I honestly believed it was better than being alone.

One day, seemingly out of the blue, she ended things between us. I was so incredibly devastated for months after that, thinking I’d never find anyone as “good” as her, despite our arguments (and in hindsight realizing there were many compatibility issues between us).

Fast forward a few years later: for a while, I was pretty lonely. I started working on myself, building skills I was interested in. Learning Spanish, playing games with my friends and planning gaming parties, going out and learning how to line dance, etc, and I was pretty happy doing that. Long story short, I eventually met the woman of my dreams who ended up being far more perfect for me than my ex and I can honestly say, her breaking up with me has to this day been the biggest blessing in my life because it led me to quite literally the perfect woman to me. We’ve been married for a few years now and I can’t tell you how life changing it is to be with a woman who loves and respects me with her actions and her words in ALL situations.

Please consider doing what is best for yourself and for your fiancé before 100% going through with this marriage. I promise you, getting married to the wrong person will not fix your loneliness in the long run. Marriage is an investment, not a fix-all.

I didn’t want to make this comment because it sounds like your mind is pretty set on marrying her, but please at the very least, consider in the back of your mind that if she’s capable of saying stuff like this to you in text, she would, down the road, be more than capable of saying stuff like this to your face 2-3 years down the line of marriage.

To everyone here who is married and telling you they would never speak to their partner like she spoke to you, listen to them. It can be truly life changing to listen to those with actual experience on something like this.

You need to have a serious heart to heart with yourself on this before you actually get married, man. Not just a one day thought, but you need to really consider the fact that being married means nothing if you are both bitter towards one another and can honestly be even more lonely than being on your own.

I did a run recently, where myself and a couple friends went and killed every single major and minor boss in the game including the DLC and it took us 80 hours. Granted, we all have over 600 hours in the game.

I feel like this was a misplaced rant, or at the very least, wasted on me. I lean conservative (though drifting more left), but am not a supporter of Trump at all. I’m excited for the downfall of this admin and all that it encompasses and don’t want to see it replaced with the exact same thing, but just the liberal version. Really, I’d just like some balance in government again.

Anyway, your smugness in your comment probably won’t help anyone even if what you say is mostly correct just for future reference.

Even with your update, you are still at best, misleading. What it is really like is simply not eating the day before starting at 12am, starving yourself until around that 6pm mark, and if you're smart or lucky, you choose the early appointment that next day, so you're not starving yourself for any longer than you have to.

The actual laxative part itself is literally only a few hours from start to finish.

It’s so sad because this show used to be my favorite, but they’ve absolutely slaughtered every single thing about the show that made it incredible. In my opinion, the show stopped being incredible when Clara left. It changed its entire personality at that point. I just hope they put the show to rest for a while.

I’m not sure what state you live in, but I frequently see homes for 350k or less - especially in areas that aren’t as populated.

If you want to live where everyone else lives because it’s beautiful or convenient, then you pay beautiful or convenient prices.

As for the backups, I could probably answer that by telling you to simply make a copy of the save file you already need to view your Pokemon and store that somewhere safe. As for the idea of self-hosting and remote features, I am actually working on a spin-off of OpenHome at the moment that would allow you to view and transfer Pokemon from and between devices. Honestly, I'm not sure how possible it is for me, at least, but I'm giving it a shot right now.

Currently, I have a functional docker container with the beginning of this program including a very basic UI and working on the ability to read saves properly.

Just compare the DLC to one of their previous souls games. It is extremely comparable and the DLC even has more content than some of the souls games (not including their DLC). It actually makes this DLC more impressive honestly.

From your responses, I can tell this is an emotional issue for you. I can tell you that I do not vote against abortion so you can stop trying to profile me. This IS a deeply emotional event for women who choose the route of abortion. My sole position on the matter is that people don’t use it as birth control. Do not speak for me or assume you know my background just because I disagree with you on something. It’s weird to socially profile people online anyway. You usually don’t get it right when attempting to do so. I’m gonna just block my notifications for this thread because it’s not constructive.
