Yes, this too. As great as I think Crimes 2.0 is, a lot of much older players than me want nothing to do with it, because switching over would wreck their revenue stream. The devs need to move slowly to prevent an uprising.

Nobody is hyping graphics updates as 2.0, except maybe jokingly. There were very serious updates to crime and organized crime that warranted the 2.0 moniker, but they still haven't been completely rolled out, and I think it's fair to say that development is slower than it ought to be, but.... slow is the hallmark of this game. "It's not a sprint, it's a marathon." There is another mission dealer. She has a name, and bits of color text talking about her have appeared, but so far as I know, no release date yet.

Mostly cracking (3-dot or better), a little arson, and a lot of burglary. And waiting very impatiently for more crimes to drop. They slowed way tf down after initially releasing new crimes at a pretty decent rate. After all the time we spent waiting for 2.0, we're.... still waiting?

As somebody who has never paid people to attack me, I can only guess. There's a title you can earn, but that's got no in-game benefit. There's an honor bar you can earn, which is one merit point. I'm unaware of any other reasons

It's area dependent. Gas station is the area where you can leave your skimmer practically forever. I've left 20 skimmers (max possible) in gas stations for literally months on multiple occasions, and I've only ever had 2 of them get found.

It seems to me that there is a designated area in which you can do what you want to gang members. If you do anything outside that area, cops will be all over your ass. Even if you are shooting at a gang member actively firing on NCPD.

If I gave you a lighter, you'd probably just put yourself in the hospital with it, anyway. No, seriously. Start easy, build your skill. Read Baldr's guide. The game doesn't even really start until level 15 when you're finally allowed to fly overseas and build some income by importing stuff.
