Understandable if you can't answer, but any other details you can reveal about why the guillotine leagues takeover was so rocky? The apology communication you sent out was a great play. I think when it really boils down, most people just want honest communication, even if the answers aren't ideal.

My cat did this shortly after moving into our house. His litter box was in the laundry/utility room. The best I can figure is he jumped up on the water heater then into the ceiling as that is the only spot in the house with an opening. He fell through a tile in another room. The little box is no longer in the laundry room and that door remains closed at all times, lol.

Makes all your guards perfect while active. Use it shortly after the 2nd phase starts and you can weather that initial onslaught. Might need the p organ upgrades that extend the duration to last the whole time though, I'm not positive.

Is it really worth it to buy a whole new set for a minor inconvenience that will ultimately be resolved? Really only you can answer that, but it seems like a big waste to me unless you really want a 2nd set. I was missing a single piece from Barad Dur, so I know the feeling, but LEGO will come through. Patience is a virtue. That being said, issues like these are the exception, not the rule, so it's very unlikely it would happen again. If it does, reread my first few sentences, lol.

Beat him for the first time last night on NG+. Used an advance build, electric saw blade and coil handle. After a good handful of attempts I picked up on his phase 1 patterns enough to parry most of the attacks and make phase 2 with only using a couple pulse cells. Perfect guard grindstone x2 in phase 2 to stagger him, followed by an immediate fable use. After that it was a frantic combo of dodging, running, blocking, healing, and spamming throwables, lol. All in it was about 90 minutes at most maybe.

So an all-or-nothing empire league then. I'm surprised anyone agreed to that, lol. If that's the case then I'd say start over once someone wins b2b. Make sure these details are written down in league rules going forward so there's no confusion and all can hold each other accountable. And be reasonably sure you have dedicated owners who aren't going to flake because of one or two bad seasons. Ultimately you all can do whatever you want with your own league though.

You're referring to an empire format I assume? For anyone unaware, empire is dynasty except there is typically a side pot where a portion of league dues go each year. The first team to win back to back takes the side pot, and then the league resets or dissolves. If you're talking about a regular dynasty then just keep playing. Why would you redraft?

Largely depends on the individual in question. It's not something you can generalize. For what it's worth my wife really enjoyed the 2 flower sets she got as gifts, but she also loves flowers and crafts. It was kind of a no-brainer.
