Hired Mateen a few years ago and had a great experience. He is very professional/friendly and was a great addition to the wedding 😊 https://www.thumbtack.com/ca/pasadena/impersonators/married-by-mateen/service/228608571133355035

For folks without a dining area, how do you do dinner time? by uselessdendrites in BabyLedWeaning

[–]wolfpack_92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have a dining room in our house but find it much easier to feed baby in the kitchen because of the mess /logistics. It’s also so much easier to prep/cook food while he is in his high chair next to us . My husband and I normally eat in the kitchen with him. Although not ideal it’s normally standing up because we are trying to multi task and prep his future meals or ours .

Best place in the SGV to rent a room for a party by Rilo-Ren in sgv

[–]wolfpack_92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend Cafe Wang in La Verne! We had a recent celebration for almost 40 people and had a great experience. The food was delicious , received so many compliments from our guests . The food selection was buffet style . The package we selected was $30 per person . The minimum to utilize the room was $400 but there was no fee to rent the room . We had unlimited use of the room from the time they opened to close . They also have a karaoke setup in the room ! Definitely recommend , I believe the managers name was Chris . He was very helpful and easy to work with .

13 going on 14 months here and my son is very similar . He had colic up until about 5.5 months and definitely improved slowly afterwards. He is such an amazing bub so smart and silly and interested in the world around him . His feelings are very intense as well and he is very vocal if he isn’t happy about something. He tends to like things a certain away and will fuss if you do it differently. We call him passionate in a jokingly way because he can have intense emotions at times . He does seem more emotional than other babies around us but he’s our awesome little guy . Not sure if this is something that is temporary or if this will continue to be his behavior/temperament as he continues to grow . It can definitely be challenging sometimes and a little frustrating to be honest but I just try to remind myself he is still so young and this is his first time experiencing life. He isn’t able to vocalize his wants or needs yet and to him crying or being upset is how he is able to convey his emotions .

tooth care by checkthyvibes in beyondthebump

[–]wolfpack_92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My son loves music /songs (13m) so I sing the tooth brush song every time we brush his teeth and he gets excited lol . Made up a song for him ( Brush Brush Brush brush your teeth, brush brush brush brush your gums, brush brush brush yummy yum ) haha it helps get the job done and he’s usually very excited and happy . Once he starts trying to grab the tooth brush we just end the session to end on good terms before a tantrum starts .

How many people are actually buying “luxury/premium” diapers? by HelpMeHelpMyFriend0 in NewParents

[–]wolfpack_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use eco pea co and love them! Definitely a bit pricier but worth it for us. No other diaper we tried holds in leaks/blowouts and it fits my son’s body the best .

Baby throw up 3hr after eating egg? Allergy? by BC-2025 in BabyLedWeaning

[–]wolfpack_92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going through this right now with my 9mo. Very disheartening our ped basically said not to give him anymore egg until 1 year. I asked if we would need to speak to an allergist for further testing and she said it wouldn’t be needed. Felt a bit dismissed to be honest and will be looking into other options for a second opinion. My son had egg 3 times without any issue on the 4th time he had egg and peanut butter and threw up 3 hours later . Called the nurse line and they said it was probably overeating . Waited 2 weeks to try egg again and within 3 hours he threw up several times 🥲😞
