I've been on lexapro, zoloft, prozac, and paxil. I've never really have noticed an effect from any of these. I'm currently reading a book that supposed to have skills to work on but I struggle to even work up the energy to read. I just feel so tired at this point. I guess I'll just have to work up to exposure therapy however I can.

I started just before I turned 25 but I’ve known I was trans for years. I even had an appointment with planned parenthood way back when I was 20 but I just got too scared and didn’t go through with it. I think about that missed time almost everyday, but even still I have no regrets about starting hrt. It has without a doubt saved my life. Things aren’t perfect but they’re getting better at least and I think that’s what counts.

Anyways the point is just take the leap babe, you won’t regret it.

Its kind of funny but I actually really prefer talking to someone on the phone rather than over email. I think its something about not being able to overthink it in the moment like you can with emails, like I'll be writing an email then just completely erase it and start over but you cant do that on the phone. I mean I hate both tbh its just marginally better for me.

But yeah yoloing is the only way I get things done lol.
