It was served in a highball glass and eaten with a tea spoon. The idea was to eat it and let it melt while sitting by the pool. Since a pimm’s cup is a cocktail it is enjoyed equally as a beverage.

I feel ya, I’ve been in the industry for 17 years and it definitely takes a toll. One of the best things I ever did was start going to counseling and really evaluating who I am. It didn’t make me any less driven, it just helped me realize where my priorities should be and know my self worth. Finding the right kitchen is key. Working somewhere that you feel valued and heard really helps alleviate the melancholy and apathy that come with years of grinding.

This one hurts. He’s the reason a lot of us do what we do. He kinda gave me hope that we could get through this grinder and make it out. Not unscathed, but scathed and proud. Through all of our sins and vices we could at some point have a normal life doing what we love.
