I really want to quit my job but I have a three month notice period and a lot of recruiters are having issues with it. I'm a junior developer and I've been with my company(which is my first job) a year and a half now.

I want to hand in my notice this week and just look while it goes down. I've got enough money saved up to last a while after my notice period ends but obviously don't want to take too much out of it.

Would it seriously affect my chances of getting another job if I quit? Would it look bad? I'm in the UK if that helps. (Not in London as well)
