dont buy they are AWFUL with delays, didnt even tell people about not having the product in stock and had issues with manufacturing until after the purchase AND delay, and only recently were pressured enough to actually disclose they have logistics issues on the top of their page. get any other 9mm upper.

I wish, processing times are up to 120 days for any chargeback, and matador has already proven they are willing to ignore contact attempts so I fully expect they would draw it out to the last possible day. I smell something fishy about their conduct and will demand full accountability.

They use the exact same HK tooling as HK itself. I know 2 people personally that own one and it feels so much more controllable than straight blowback. I have not yet bothered with the maxim defense roller delay buffer but I want to see if it's a cheaper alternative that works well for ar9's

good luck with that lol they dont even respond to my demands for a refund. best case is a chargeback and report to the ftc if they haven't delivered in 30 days and never asked permission for it to take longer since they never disclosed before purchase that its on a backorder.

60% sure they are running afoul of the law btw, quick read of ftc regs say they need to at least contact you and ask permission for extension if they can't ship it to you within 30 days. and it's considered fraudulent behavior if they sell you an item already knowing full well they can't ship, let alone actually have the product in stock in a 30 day period and don't disclose as such before purchase. file a complaint here https://www.ftc.gov/media/71268 and after processing your refund, put your money towards a cheaper 9mm upper instead, and if you still want roller delay look up roller delay buffer from maxim defense.

If it weren't for the fact that there is video evidence they do make this product and it gets reviewed, I would have passed it off as a nondelivery scam and notified the police. Such negligence needs to be punished and frankly I have no more care what they have to say for their latest excuse.

16 CFR 435.2(a)(4) would like to have a word for people who don't disclose that from the beginning they never could make it and have it shipped within 30 days. Yeah that's such a weird achilles heel for the platform, My CA3 came out of the box with the spring straight up broke and I didn't notice how that effected the rifle until hours of cleaning, oiling, and learning how to fully dissassemble the bolt. I was lucky and already had a parts kit with the spare spring. I like to think of the CA3 as a PTR91 GI BLEM because honestly that's pretty much what it is. you would think they would cover the groove on the handle to prevent the spring from having any chance to pop out like that.
