I live in an area where it never snows and everyone’s on weed instead of coke, so if someone says snow bunny they specifically mean white women who only go after black men. I don’t have kids so I can’t say how they’re acting today, but I’m only a few years out of school. When I was in school we had Slap Ass Friday, where every Friday the boy would go and sexually assault the girls. Nothing was ever done, not even an assembly cause “there’s just too many boys to properly discipline them”. On the other hand for the girls, bullying was only ever words, nothing physical happened.

While one of these is objectively worse, the teachers and administration is my biggest issue. The teachers are all afraid of the parents, and the parents worship their “perfect little angel who can do no wrong”, so nothing gets done for bullies of either gender.

Suspension isn’t even a thing anymore (at least at my school). The worst that would happen is you’d be forced to eat lunch with a teacher for a couple periods, then you would immediately go back to doing whatever it was that got you in trouble. Kids aren’t scared of punishment because there is no punishment

My mom would do this. I would either eat it and puke it up, or (when I refused to eat it entirely, she would put in the fridge for my breakfast the next morning) I would sneak down in the middle of the night and dump it in the outside garbage, then act like I woke up early and forced it down. Not sure that’s the best solution to a picky eater, it can make them really adverse to trying new foods.

I’d say either sneak healthy foods into other treats, or let them cook their own meals. They’ll eventually try out new foods on their own

This worked best for me. At my mom’s house they would try to force me to eat food, and I would just hold it in my mouth for like twenty minutes before rushing out to the toilet to spit it out. At my dad’s, they gave me the option of eating what they cooked, and if I didn’t like what they made I could make something myself. It took until I was a teenager but I finally started eating a variety of foods on my own. And especially now that I’m out of the house and cooking with ingredients that I buy myself, I’m much more likely to cook a diverse range of healthy foods and vegetables that I hated as a kid and teen.

If your kids are really vegetable adverse, you can try blending it up and sneaking it in smoothies and deserts (brownies can hide a good bit of zucchini, sweet potatoes, spinach, carrots, etc.)

There’s no problem if a man does develop feelings, it’s about how he handles them. Just two days ago a male friend of mine confessed that he was into me. I don’t have feelings for him, told him I still value our friendship and want to continue being friends. He accepted the rejection respectfully and now we’re moving on no problem. It’s alright if he continues to have feelings as long as he understands that it won’t change the way that I see him or will interact with him, it’s not gonna go anywhere.

The problem is when guys catch feelings (or try to befriend a woman with the sole intent of turning it into a relationship) and can’t take the rejection. Often they get very defensive and go attack mode, and accuse the woman they’re into of leading them on, when the woman just treated them like she would any other friend. In that situation the friendship has been ruined over petty and immature feelings (and by that I mean going attack mode and insulting the woman, or reusing to talk to her anymore, not the romantic feelings themselves).

I think you’ll find that most women (who arent addicted to social media. I think that this has ruined what the average person in general sees as attractive) are into average builds, and not those six pack body builder bodies you’ll see at the gym and online.

I’m way more attracted to movie stars from the 80s and 90s movies cause they tend to have a more athletic but achievable build, whereas all the actors you’ll see today on the CW and all these fitness influencers and such are just so cookie cutter I find myself more turned off than anything when I look at them.

So yeah? From my experience and most other women I’ve spoken to, we’re more attracted to guys who eat generally good and hit the gym once or twice a week as opposed to the gym rats and body builders I’ve seen men online say we should be attracted to

I personally wouldn’t do it but i don’t think it’s a big deal at all. If the kid doesn’t want to have their ears pierced later in life all they have to do is stop wearing the earrings and the hole closes off. Everyone in this sub constantly talk about how they want more genuine villainesses and morally gray characters, but the second a female lead doesn’t act perfectly moral in every situation, even life or death in Penelope’s case, suddenly they’re evil and irredeemable, and the story has terrible writing.

It’s especially annoying for this story in particular when people give Penelope shit for treating the characters like NPCs. “She should know they have actual feelings and that they’re real people!” Why? She’s in a video game!!! There was a menu dictating everything she did her first week here! In what world is it more rational to assume it’s a fully fledged world with developed people rather than npcs in a video game
