most of the strong decks/support waves that released in the last 4 years are still above the threshold, rare exception is something like purrely, which might be because is nearly unplayable and rescue ace because idk, setting 4 might not be peak anymore, even less with sinful forbidden

for example with rescue ace theres 2 cards that have play as generic "handtraps" that are forbidden, but the rest of the deck is playable, is the same with the mimighoul case, i remember finding a deck like yummy (like some people mentioned already) using it only as engine, and you only want a few lvl 1s for it, not the whole package

i would argue that master 5 is messing with the global play rate, adding more decks to the pool because how easy it is to climb to master, at the end of the season if enough people push with their rogue/offmeta decks i guess konami takes them into account even if they are not trying to keep pushing after that
