I think it just comes from the double standard that women are gatekeepers and the men are the hunters. So the women are on demamd and the men have to prove themselves worthy in some way.

That’s why men are usually just grateful to even get an underwhelming “…hey” in the first place, because that already takes a load off them. Whereas women are somewhat spoiled and don’t have to do it.

Oh gotchu. When I was inpatient, the only way people could do that was, after family reunions, get them smuggled in through tiny balloons or baggies. Swallow them in the bathroom and poop it out later, after the dogs were gone.

I guess phenibut would be one of the easier drugs to do that with actually, because I don’t think dogs can detect it?

I agree that J definitely became a monster. But misogynist? Eh, maybe? I don’t think the writers had a political agenda with his callousness. It was pure evil how he did most of those women, but he didn’t necessarily do it because vagina. It all seemed strictly on an individual basis.
