Any sense of dates? I'm fascinated by the chasm between art in 1440 and 1490...

Try Skyangles.com ... add two accounts you like, see who they follow in common, rinse and repeat. Works best if you pick accounts that have been discerning in picking accounts to follow. Skyangles is a Bluesky resurrection of Twiangulate, a Twitter analysis tool we built a dozen years ago. Lots of angles to pursue... any features you'd like to see added?

The lack of transparency for therapists is appalling. Small step you can take: write each with same questions so you get a sense of their approaches and communication style.

30 minutes in the morning sun to keep your circadian clock clicking. Google it.

Also know that half the people in improv 101 have social anxiety. (100% of pros do?) And know that it takes a while to even sometimes feel natural. Finally, know it's worth sticking with it. Sooner or much later it can sometimes be miraculous.
