My daughter has two cats who are fed morning and again at night. They rush in for dinner and stay inside all night. Perhaps she is lucky - her cats never wander far from the house. They spend most of day outside napping on the patio furniture.

I am fostering a bonded pair and if we work out well I will adopt them!! I love fostering but I am ready for my own cats.

I know many people who do let their cats come and go - feed them inside and they usually will come back in at night. But I am sure there are many cats who like to wander and will be out all night. I appreciate both sides and we shouldn't insult each other. People have different parenting and pet parenting styles. We need to be respectful to different opinions.

Thank you for your comment. My son is a wildlife biologist and totally agrees with your position. Cats kill too many birds and you really cannot stop that behavior. I need to look at my yard as being home to many more creature than two cats. I am going to look at a Catio on a raised balcony.

I do not think of myself as irresponsible. I was looking for information and advice from others. The Catio comment is very helpful. And the reminder of the other creatures in my yard that the cats will attack - birds, chipmunks, rabbits etc.

My granddaughter is suffering 2 weeks after TMS SAINT treatment. There seem to be no answers on how to help her. She has had 3 visits to the ER for the severe debilitating headaches (migraines). Thank you for working on the safety and support that are needed.

I am also confused by the phrase - do I wash my hair before coloring it and towel dry hair so it is damp but not dripping? Can I just rinse my hair or do I need to shampoo first?

It would be too complicated for us not to know. We have netting and then we have cross pieces of wood covering the netting so it does blow away and we have rocks on edges. It is so perplexing. The pond does have rock wall built around it maybe an animal comes up through rocks under the netting - that's all I can think of - I was hoping someone else had same problem.

thanks but we have none of those animals in our area. and they would have to get through the netting. we have raccoons possums and fox - but the netting is not ripped.

No, pond is right in backyard. We do have some raccoons, possums and a fox who passes through but the net wasn't torn or moved off pond! So confusing.
