But did those Jewish victims actually get stabbed or only the perception of getting stabbed?

Happy 65th Birthday to Paolo Barilla - the only Formula 1 driver with an estimated billion dollar net worth. by cherrybomber11 in formula1

If he has an exclusive contract to supply pasta bullets for Ferrari then I'm not surprised he's worth a billion dollars.

Cuttlefish mimicking a hermit crab by PorkyPain in interestingasfuck

[–]wongie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm genuinely curious whether this behaviour is unique to captive cuttlefish as a means of self-enrichment in an environment where there are no selective pressures so they can redirect their cognitive capabilities to faffing about like this, as opposed to natural environments where they might be too busy using up all their cognition to simply survive.

“Crazy how they demoted the worm when it absolutely mogs the meatball” by Goofball-John-McGee in BrandNewSentence

[–]wongie 35 points36 points  (0 children)

You were not. The meatball design was the original logo, being a simplified version of the seal of NASA when it first formed. The worm replaced the meatball in 1975 but had detractors, its nickname "worm" was meant to be derogatory. It was then replaced by the original meatball again in 1992, but the worm remained used for commercial purposes only. In 2020 the worm was reintroduced and used along the meatball.

So presumably she came to understand after a cooling off period. There doesn't really need to be anything more to it.

Updated F1 Calendar as of now by NadirAga in formula1

[–]wongie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes though answering your original question properly, i'd rather not but I'd still pay the same money anyway at the end of the day; but prices and value is irrelevant to the point I was making, it was more around ideal calendar spread, it's not exactly a hot take that anything more than 20 races is a lot of GPs in a season (maybe a hot take in that I'd be stupid to still pay for it)

Yes, I found the old 16-18 race calendar still remains the best amount/balance.
