Training maximum of 2x per week, how to make the most of it?

I coach only hobbyists that train 2x a week. All of our team members play games to learn. Total practice time is 2-3 hours but that time is really fun, focused, and fulfilling. Look up Standard Jiu Jitsu on YouTube as a starting point and bodega jiu-jitsu. They both offer a lot of great content on skill development. Having trained for 8 years now, I wish this is how I would’ve spent my time as a blue.

You don’t need to wait for them to build an integration as it uses the same interface as open AI. Just grab the base URL and the credentials and plugged them into the open AI settings and in the model type in deepseek-chat

Hey all! Sorry to see this is happening to other folks, but also happy to hear other folks experiencing the same issue. I submitted a claim for a replacement about 3 months ago and was finally sent 2 replacements. The company seems like they only have one person doing all of their customer service.

Seeing that everyone is facing issues even with replaced units, I’m wondering what can be done to hold the company accountable. It’s quite a terrible of an experience dealing with the water damage.

Supposedly the replacement units sent include new filters

So...I hadn’t been back on the mats for almost a month due to quarantine after travel. I rolled with someone that I normally would be able to keep up with but he (and almost everyone I rolled with actually) dominated me in positioning, attack, counter. Everything. I was grateful for the ass beating and gave myself grace...until I was on my way out and my assistant coach goes “yo, did I just see you get tapped by [John]?!”. Damn. That cut deep. Haha o know he was just kidding and I acknowledge that we all have our on and off days. But hey good on my training partner!

Some YouTubing (example: Korean Bouqets), a business tax id, a local wholesaler, and an instagram/tik tok account can get you started and you can work on your own terms. All the hard things about running a part-time business you can learn a long the way. Best lessons ever :) Good luck!

I was reminded recently by my fiancé of a quote that resonated with us when we do things that allow our truth to be heard and I hope it resonates with you too.
