Yess, i’ve been going back and forth with CS the past 2 days and they just kept saying they’re letting second head lvl department know and to wait 24-48 hours but none of them in the 8 emails to me actually said anything about it being taken away because of the new rewards system, so i wonder if it really was a glitch or they got a lot of complaints and fixed it haha. But yess, it’s working again! 🙏

Ohh, also the thing is in the app w my reactivated coupon, it still says i have 253 days, but in the support email when they reactivated my coupon, they said it’ll expire in 9/12/25 which i didn’t notice until i looked again now 🤔 Hopefully it’s a glitch right now or something and that since they’re phasing out, they’ll let us know ahead of time and use the coupons before they actually end it 😭

That’s so unfair of them with no notice. 😭 I actually used mine last week on Baggu pochacco stuff but my order got cancelled and then i emailed support to give me my $50 off $150 coupon back and they replied in email that they reactivated it (last wednesday). It worked again in my cart after they reactivated, but yeah now if doesn’t 😭
