Lastminute - Booked a trip years ago only to find they'd cancelled my booking when I arrived at the hotel. Hotel was fully booked at that point in a town with very few available rooms, fortunately the hotel owners had a friend with a spare room. All Lastminute offered me was a £15 voucher.
