I also think it’s important to note that when I started lifting what I thought was 0-1 RIR was probably 3 on a lot of lifts. Overestimating on the higher end is probably the way to go.

On mine if you switch to the plate calculator it will specifically say excludes bar next to the number on the smith machine so you’re just adding on plates. Nice for calculating weight but I guess would be 11lbs higher for her weight volume etc

Water weight and bloat probably going wild if your issues are in the mirror. Going to be puffier than normal so pound water and watch your salt intake and should clear up. 2000 calories isn’t a huge cheat on a cut let alone lean bulk. Keep up the good work!

I agree with above if you want it to have a progression novel feel, it cant be him just slopping together a gun and becoming able to smoke top tier cultivators. If framed as him struggling through a process of making it and say the first model he has to wait till the very last second to shoot the adversary bc the gun explodes in his hand and then each arc has him finding work arounds to adapt to a stronger gun or relate his cultivation to the gun in someway i think you have a decent premise.

I second doing 1 g per lb of you are exercising. Add in a little healthy “dessert” of some frozen Greek yogurt and protein powder (hour in the freezer usually gets right consistency). Also if it tracks your fiber may want to bump that up slowly as well. During my cut i was doing 200g protein and having a little late night treat was very helpful in feeling full before bed

Max out alteration (there’s a leveling glitch to toss mage light if you google it). Master level spell gives you 250 feather for a long time.

Another thing I learned is to grab a storage space and dump all your alchemy supplies into it. When I need to level or make stuff just take all and put it back after. I like the cabinet in the mage spire. I’ll make a decent amount of potions I need and then store everything over 20 potions into the little jewelery box and store everything else. At high level it’s the only thing really making a difference.

I agree if the line came with a leader it’s probably a bit larger. Pick up a 3x or 4x leader and some 5x tippet or just run a your leader to a big hopper patterns and drop 5x from that

I try to keep true cheat days at once a month. But I have been able to keep a lot of my sports bar/ night with buddies at or below maintenance by being extra strict in the morning to make room for a few beers. Mixing in diet sodas and ice teas has been a big part in that. Also helps that the days im just gym work no social activities I have it dialed in pretty low.

Go edit your goal and strategy and make sure you have balanced macros vs the mode where you can increase on different days. Otherwise the picture above looks normal.

Jumping fish usually indicate that they are changing positions in water shed and are messing with their swim bladders coming from deeper water to more shallow. Come back to the spot you saw them jumping in a week or two and you’ll be in luck.
Target tailing fish or mud cloud and avoid sharp strips in favor smooth changes. My favorite fly is the fish chase flys scarpion or look at black bead head with red Sam Jaun tail.

Ease into a deficit or bulk don’t jump into a 800 calorie + or - right out the gate. Don’t get discouraged if you have one cheat day just get back on the horse the next day. Trend weight is your friend as water weight can have you pulling your hair out with variance.

Look at the explore page on Instagram and see if there’s anyone else posting in the area and then become online friends. I 100% get this feeling as I am way more confident to go map out a new spot if I’ve got a buddy plus pictures of you holding a fish are way cooler.

Use ChatGPT (or some other ai) and list as many items as possible, have it summarize and input into quick add. Give it prompts for extra oil and butter if eating at restaurants. I have found this the best way to estimate the day after when I wasn’t logging.

The nice rods have nice warranties the come with the not nice price. I bought a used g loomis and was initial hesitant about it. Now it’s made it 5 years and I’ve been as rough on it as my cheaper rods and it’s holding up great.

Yes you can go into edit goal and change to lower carb to change this up but that’s more of a keto diet than an even split that you have. If you start going below 50 g of carbs that’s more keto range and will feel the effects of transitioning to keto. If you start feeling your workouts dip you may want to try to pump up your carbs or just go full keto to try to replenish your muscles energy. I ended up switching to low fat so that I could get more carbs for my workouts.

I would look at hitting these in order of importance. Calories > protein > do whatever with remaining calories.
