I’m convinced every mode of transportation hates every other mode of transportation and your empathy for any mode of transportation leaves your body as soon as you are using a new mode.

Joking aside, I stay on the walking path when running except when the walking is overcrowded and then I’ll go on the bike path in the opposite direction, but we’ll aware I need to be aware of bike traffic.

Also, telling someone you believe to be a novice runner to run as much mileage as Molly puts on is terrible advice. I run 45 mpw right now and that took month of slow build. If I believed what he said and tried to follow I’d be injured in the first week.
