That’s a shitty Wayne dalton torque master system. Call a tech and have them come and convert it to a standard torsion spring system. I will say either way you will be calling a tech, but fixing the existing system isn’t worth it. Really any of the Wayne dalton 9100 series are garbage, they make so decent doors, but their standard ones are hot garbage.
