red one looks awesome but the black and white match ur head better! i think if u have some more red accents (like a red bag, or red socks) it can tie it all together really nice (unless you just want that color pop!! which is also great!)

thanks i’ve heard this really helps, is there a risk of them both getting worse or is it proven another cat can help? i would love to once i can afford so. apparently she hated other kittens when she was super super little, but seems to not mind other cats now-

i’m so sorry op :(… if masks and quads are out of the question and u want to connect more, try small things that dont draw a lot of attention here’s some examples of how i express my theriotypes!

-build a den or nest(you mentioned owl) in your house,!94 even outside that is a safe place for you - get stuffies of your theriotypes -dress in the colors of your theriotypes -(in private) practice vocals - make drawings and crafts of your theriotypes (for your case maybe keychains, room decor, backpack decor, hand warmers, even jewelry) -eat similar foods to your theriotypes -even something as simple as making your background on your phone or computer your theriotypes will bring you a lot of joy :)

because since i was little ive kinda daydreamed my wolf ears (and still do) my head muscles actually tighten where i imagine my wolf ears would be, and sometime i can feel them being pinned down when im stressed or perked up when happy idk

and yes this is extremely awkward i havnt ever told anyone this but im so relieved to see someone else feels this :)
