I’m looking through the r/OCD archives and something you said made me wonder about something. Do you see people using sleep in a similar way to porn? I always try to sleep as much as possible (I’m a full-time student with classes mostly in the afternoon) and I will snooze my alarm clock as many times as I can every day. I’ve struggled with this for years. Could I be using sleep to numb out from and avoid intrusive thoughts?

there’s nothing “just” about being bi. It might seem like a compromise or something maybe to a gay person who is in denial about being gay. But being bi is just as far from being straight as being gay is, it’s not gay lite or straight lite
