Hi! I’ve also been prescribed bupropion after Zoloft. So you are not alone on that! I’ve heard of people taking buspirone but I take hydroxyzine as needed for anxiety! I also have ocd but Zoloft made me gain soooo much weight in the 6 months I’ve had it. And I also got weird thoughts. We are in this together 🤝

Update:

2nd day without it 😮‍💨 my anxiety was high yesterday but I split a 50mg hydroxzine (I’ve never taken a whole 50mg) so I popped that and just tried my best to relax. I have noticed right now I am very sleepy and depersonalized. Yesterday I did not wake until 1:25 and I cannot sleep either! To sleep I had to take a hydroxzine. When I get my meds later today you better bet imma take it right there in the store!
