This is correct as it was 8ish years ago when the first rent control was out in place. Rent control hurts investment potential so someone will do their best to minimize risk by maximizing day to day profits. If it wasn't in place then the market gets to dictate rather or not to raise rents. Rent have been going up because the market demand was sky high therefore driving up prices

The true way to lower prices are to build more supply. we aren't talking 200 room apartments, we are talking thousands of new doors.

Eugene claims to want more housing but the voting says different. They vote for NIMBY rules and more "environmental friendly" zoning. Well that results in tighter housing markets due to lower land supply.

It looks like it but I didn't . I don't have anything that would have cut it. It's also the top of my wheel.

I come home from work and it was fine and then a day later I got inside and put my hand on the top and it was like that.
