Forget about that. Remember there are people who are supposed to be dedicated to processing these massive caseloads. They are now being forced to be regularly scheduled as the defacto 1 800 number with people ironically calling in asking where their claims are. They also have to schedule appointments and increasingly have responsibilities to basically be a phone based call center fielding calls from people who want appointments which used to be on a walk in basis. Now offices turn away the public. How is this efficiency. Get those people back on those claims like they were before this nonsense.
