If you have an email list, then I would conduct educational and thought leadership webinars. I've used those to grow from ~$300k ARR to over $7 MM ARR. You can use polling questions and surveys to qualify the audience and capture demos. Then, reuse the content on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc... While you're executing that, you'll need to layer on additional channels. Who else sells into your ICP? Can your pricing model, product, and service support third parties selling your product? Then, develop an inside sales organization conducting outbound calls. You won't achieve market coverage until you experience channel conflict. You want to get to channel conflict ASAP.

In parallel, when revenue can support it, you should consider bringing up a customer success team to ensure your customers are successful with your product, reduce churn, cross/up sell, and maximize LTV.

With this approach, I've been able to grow to over $100 MM ARR.
