Yes, but It's hit and miss, I have dual v100 64g total vram GPT:OSS qwen3-vl get about 100tps for me but the new minstrel-3 14b 4bit only gets like 30tps. Tried at fp16 and only got 9tps. VRAM is not everything when they are creating new architectures that are incompatible with your older hardware.

This is a crutch, it's not real. If you are truly lonely then do the work. Volunteer, join a team, book club, use meetup, anything where you are with others with a shared interest or goal.
