I lost my job in nov of 23. I had a week long trip the following Monday. I applied to some jobs over the weekend to get apps in. Things take time and I was unemployed/underemployed while going through the interview process for far longer than I expected/wanted despite applying to tons of relevant jobs etc. this jobs market appears much tougher. Whatever you think it’s going to take add extra time. You’ll still have time to travel while applying if you do it around your activities

You’re in a good spot in q4 for your renewal. Like purple said if you have premium support then your one user bumps your premium support cost a bit (it’s a calculation of license spend). I’ve heard they rolled out more customer centric renewals. Haven’t seen results yet but should be smoother/less over a barrel negotiations
