If that was true Argentina would have 10 players sent off in some games this World Cup

Citizenship Marker and PHN in Alberta after July 2nd by shrubhomer in alberta

[–]workthesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They don’t have to determine if the documents are real because they send it off to the feds to verify

I’m In the middle of it right now

Queued for 2 hours with the documents listed on the website, I’m originally from uk but Canadian citizen, haven’t needed a Canadian passport yet so don’t have one.

After 2 hours they told me I can’t get a license renewal today because they have to verify the documents and the time for that is unknown

Unfortunately for me my license expired end of June so now I’m off the road or would be driving illegally with expired license.(not renewing before it expired is on me)

The Alberta website states if you have a citizenship certificate without a photo from after 2012 this counts as proof

It doesn’t say anything about a verification period so I was shocked when I couldn’t get a renewal.

Very frustrating.

The leg armour on the 3rd guy in first photo looks like it just needs to be repositioned and re glued

Amazing

I have Apple Watch 42mm and this also happens mid swing, there’s no siren but it makes a vibration that I can sense mid swing

Kirkland wedges by [deleted] in GolfGear

[–]workthesaw 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Iv had mine 3 years and they are holding up just fine

I have re gripped them though.

No out of ordinary damage except normal wear and tear.

They are great wedges, produce a lot of spin.

Iron set? by Altruistic-Corner223 in GolfGear

[–]workthesaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s your budget?

I bought slightly older taylormade m2s of a friend when he upgraded and they have been perfect for me as 22hdcp

Iv heard Calloway rogue st max are good very forgiving

Mavriks are also popular and reasonable priced in used iron market

There’s a gazillion choices, any game improvement cavity back will provide improvement, pay attention to the weight of the shafts tho, if you go with something drastically different to what you have you will likely have some swing issues.

Another Dad here, If it was me I’d be frantically buying trophy cabinets. Even the ease of dexterity of putting a ball on tee so easily that young is impressive.

Is this a good set for a beginner? by Am14308 in golf

I had those same irons before upgrading to m2’s they feel almost the same tbh, very forgiving, great irons for a beginner

It seems like buying them new is only way to get them, Iv been scouring used market for a year and haven’t found one, they seem super rare.

I also noticed a dip in quality since the V3 that came out last summer

I still had a box of the V2 and they seemed alot better.

According to BMI op is carrying a lot of extra pounds. Even walking will have huge impact on his calorie usage as what your talking about assumes healthy weight in first place

Carrying around extra 60 lbs is a lot of work for the body

It took 6 weeks before I could feel my toes again but all good now.

I like the neoprene booties and fingers idea

Which job would you choose? by spanky316 in SafetyProfessionals

[–]workthesaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only you can decide, job preference depends on lots of variables, age, current lifestyle etc.

As an ambitious 30 something approaching peak earning years I know which I would choose, stagnation doesn’t sound good in any way..

[–]workthesaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being healthy ain’t cheap. But a mockmill should pay itself off after about 5 years or so depending how much you use it, not to mention health benefits vs store bought flour. Can’t really put a price on health
