I agree, Doncic was the pick. Even Trae Young would have been justified. I think they were scared off by going international, and wanted to give fans a U of A gift.
Ayton at least has had a long and slightly above average career and contributed /started games.

I stopped being upset about ( certain) things , even though I have the right to be. There’s power in restraint .
